Katikati has a proud history in Secondary School Rugby. 

In 2020 both Under 14 and First XV teams represented Katikati in the Baywide Finals held in Rotorua. The Under 14 team played a fantastic final just being pipped at the post but the First XV brought home the Division 1 First XV trophy yet again. 

To kickoff 2021 both teams took out the Thames Valley 10s Championship in their respective competitions.
